My parents guesthouse flooded while my girlfriend and I were house sitting - it was bad - Tony and his team at SERVPRO of North Hollywood took our call at 9:00 on a Friday night and were at the house making assessments by 9:30 the next morning. I wanted to thank Tony, Mika and Merson for their quick response to my kitchen fire one week away from our Christmas Eve Party.
The fire happened on a Monday morning and we had smoke and soot damage to our kitchen, living room, bedrooms, all with white furniture and white walls. It seemed hopeless, but with one call to SERVPRO and Mika, they were there on time the next morning with a crew of 10 people to tackle the job. The crew worked all day, in every room of the house to eliminate the smell and the soot and smoke damage. They were also able to bring back my stove into working condition (amazing).
We were back in business for our party and no one even knew what had happened. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were to every request we had. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but I would call them first if I needed their services.
