I wanted to thank Tony, Mika and Merson for their quick response to my kitchen fire one week away from our Christmas Eve Party.
The fire happened on a Monday morning and we had smoke and soot damage to our kitchen, living room, bedrooms, all with white furniture and white walls. It seemed hopeless, but with one call to SERVPRO and Mika, they were there on time the next morning with a crew of 10 people to tackle the job. The crew worked all day, in every room of the house to eliminate the smell and the soot and smoke damage. They were also able to bring back my stove into working condition (amazing).
We were back in business for our party and no one even knew what had happened. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were to every request we had. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but I would call them first if I needed their services.
My parents guesthouse flooded while my girlfriend and I were house sitting - it was bad - Tony and his team at SERVPRO of North Hollywood took our call at 9:00 on a Friday night and were at the house making assessments by 9:30 the next morning. Incredible customer service, very personable staff, and honest, thorough good work is absolutely guaranteed. I called SERVPRO of North Hollywood to clean out some black mold and water damage from a guesthouse closet. Nicole at the office is one of the friendliest, conscientious people I've ever encountered. She set up an appointment for me ASAP, and Tony came out to take a look at the situation.
I can't say enough great things about Tony and his staff. They were respectful and friendly, clean, efficient, and did wonderful work. They guarantee that their clean up will pass mold inspection or they will pay for your retest. Tony is all integrity. If he does his job right, he may never see you again. I don't normally run to write reviews but had to give these guys major credit. The whole experience of working with them was nothing but stellar. We had our Airbnb rental abused by a renter who decided to smoke inside for a week. I didn't think the smell would ever come out so I frantically researched someone who could get the stank out of our place. I found SERVPRO of North Hollywood and from the first phone call was immediately impressed. Nicole took my call and was incredibly easy going and on top of the problem. They removed the machines today from our place and it smells brand new in there. Chris was the technician who helped us on site and he was great. HIGHLY recommend them!
SERVPRO of North Hollywood came highly recommended after we had a hot water heater burst in our building. Tony came out with his crew immediately and got to work. Tony and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsible. Anytime I had a question or concern, Tony would come by the site immediately to make sure that everything was handled. This was true even on the weekend.

I recently had some water damage at my house, it was a back up in the sewer. I got in touch with SERVPRO of North Hollywood, Tony was the gentlemen that responded to my call. He came out to my house within an hour of the call. His professionalism and knowledge on the matter was outstanding.
There were some questions that the insurance adjuster had that I did not know how to answer. Tony guided me through the entire process. His staff was in our house setting up their equipment in no time. The demolition was done without a mess and was very professional.
