I wanted to thank Tony, Mika and Merson for their quick response to my kitchen fire one week away from our Christmas Eve Party.
The fire happened on a Monday morning and we had smoke and soot damage to our kitchen, living room, bedrooms, all with white furniture and white walls. I don't normally run to write reviews but had to give these guys major credit. The whole experience of working with them was nothing but stellar. We had our Airbnb rental abused by a renter who decided to smoke inside for a week. I didn't think the smell would ever come out so I frantically researched someone who could get the stank out of our place. I found SERVPRO of North Hollywood and from the first phone call was immediately impressed. Nicole took my call and was incredibly easy going and on top of the problem. They removed the machines today from our place and it smells brand new in there. Chris was the technician who helped us on site and he was great. HIGHLY recommend them!
