I worked with Sonja as well, when I found a leak in my dishwasher and my insurance called SERVPRO out. While the insurance pretty much told me I'm SOL and on my own, and Sonja was a light in the dark during a stressful time. She stayed with me the entire time the insurance adjuster was out. While she did her inspection she made sure to take the time to explain different scenarios, options and costs (since I'm on my own with that). She was super helpful, made me feel comfortable and really was amazing to work with. Honestly, because of her, SERVPRO is now my #1 choice for any remediation damage. She's a huge asset to her company and was just super during a time when I needed to know someone was on my side

While every personal "emergency" comes with its own set of chaotic circumstances, I want to commend the SERVPRO of Lodi team for making a difficult situation less stressful for our family. A small but destructive house fire (smoke damage) on Thanksgiving was a huge headache, but the team at SERVPRO was very professional, knew how best to mitigate, and moved quickly to get the work done. The cleaning crew checked in with me multiple times daily, the office administrators coordinated a lot of moving parts and never once did something slip between the cracks.
