SERVPRO of Lodi was absolutely amazing! From start to finish they made the entire process with our home insurance smooth and stress-free! Tori in the office is so kind and very helpful with questions and scheduling! Andrew, Jessie, Matt and Sonja were a pleasure to work with, their customer service and pride in their work speaks volumes! For flooring we were appointed to Accent Carpet in Lodi, George and Jeff from there were also very kind and made our bathroom floor look 100x better than before! I can’t express how much SERVPRO made this entire process easy, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I worked with Sonja as well, when I found a leak in my dishwasher and my insurance called SERVPRO out. While the insurance pretty much told me I'm SOL and on my own, and Sonja was a light in the dark during a stressful time. She stayed with me the entire time the insurance adjuster was out. While she did her inspection she made sure to take the time to explain different scenarios, options and costs (since I'm on my own with that). She was super helpful, made me feel comfortable and really was amazing to work with. Honestly, because of her, SERVPRO is now my #1 choice for any remediation damage. She's a huge asset to her company and was just super during a time when I needed to know someone was on my side

What a calming peaceful way he has Just what I needed would highly recommend Lodi SERVPRO Perry arrived on time Explained what he was going to do and did it All questions I had were answered in an easy to understand way.
