SERVPRO was recommended by State Farm for fire mitigation. Project manager, Andrea Vui explained how the process worked and all their employees communicated promptly to complete the work quickly. Because that experience was so positive, I decided to use ServPro to repair and rebuild fire damaged areas in the house. Andrea is an excellent project manager and is now overseeing this next phase. I am confident he will do another exceptional job.

I had a laundry leak in my house — on the 2nd story so the water ran all over the house through my hardwood floors and into the ceiling and walls below. It was late on a Thursday afternoon and I fortunately called Servpro and was connected to Adrea Vui. Adrea helped get me massive fans/dryers to help dry out the house and gave me a thorough inspection report on the work I needed to get done. Super helpful through a massive headache!

Adrea Vui, and his team at ServPro Petaluma were prompt professional and thorough. They showed up right away and took care of my water damage and mitigated potential mold issues. they even packed up some things I didn't know would be in their way and they did so neatly and kept my belongings protected. ServPro has also maintained a high level of patience and grace while i deal with insurance hold ups. I would highly recommend them for your damage response if you should need the best.

Adrea Vui was a consummate professional. He was dealing with a very upsetting situation: a neighbor of ours hired an unlicensed worker, who cut a pipe in the fire suppression system that led to flooding of our garage. Adrea was polite, attentive, and kept my husband and me informed throughout the water mitigation work. Whenever I reached out, Adrea would respond on a timely basis. He is a stellar representative for your company. After over a month of the neighbor’s insurance company Allstate reneging, they finally agreed to pay Al of the fees. We were never responsible for the payment.
