Adrea Vui was a consummate professional. He was dealing with a very upsetting situation: a neighbor of ours hired an unlicensed worker, who cut a pipe in the fire suppression system that led to flooding of our garage. Adrea was polite, attentive, and kept my husband and me informed throughout the water mitigation work. Whenever I reached out, Adrea would respond on a timely basis.
