La Crescenta-Montrose is a small city in an incorporated area of Los Angeles. It borders the San Gabriel Valley, Angeles
Forest, the Foothill Freeway, and the Verdugo Mountains. It was originally home to the Tongva people, but was taken over by
Mexico. It was then given to the United States as a land grant in 1843 from Mexico. This city is especially small measuring

In 1946 there was a motel built along Foothill Boulevard. This motel was named La Crescenta Motel and featured an L shaped
building which was became known as a classic postwar building shape. This became a staple in the city's history and still

They kelp me informed step by step and answered my "panic" questions and reassured me. I called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale after my husband and I hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and he found black mold behind the walls. Due to previous water damage, we were unaware that the mold had grown. Scott came out and inspected the mold and after having it tested found that it could be harmful to our young children. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale was very concerned for our familys’ health and sectioned off that part of the house so that we would not breathe the mold in and completed the work very swiftly so we could get the use of our kitchen back and feel safe in our home. Patty and Amanda were very kind when we spoke to them during this stressful time and the work was even done while we were at work and the kids were at school.
