Stella, Mini, Kenya, Mike and Drew from ServPro returned to today, with coordination from Dave, who all helped save me after my sewer line backed up into my master bathroom, bedroom and closet. All the ServPro crew every step of the way helped guide me and worked handed in hand with my insurance to help with dehumidifying, removing and listing all contents, disinfecting and cleaning the rooms after the drywall was removed. They also helped setup the contractors for asbestos mediation for m drywall removal, they helped set that up along with my insurance for everything that needed to be done. They also helped me get estimates for rebuilding and remodeling. After the room was remodeled and put back together, today they returned and just got done with the final steps of returning contents that were not damaged. And now my house is ready to be lived in and enjoyed with brand new remodeled clean goodness! They are super fast and efficient workers, they explained everything thoroughly and friendly and professionally. I would highly recommend Servpro for both small and large jobs. The first night they showed up they showed up about 10 o’clock at night when I needed them and worked throughout the night to get everything in motion as quick as possible before additional damage like mold could start to set in. The fact that ServPro already has established relationships with insurance companies makes it so they can easily get the work done as quick as possible and then just bill your insurance directly for the costs and just do their work and send the documentation to your insurance company and get it taken care of without you having to be the middleman on things is a huge help when something that causes huge stress and anxiety like a sewer line back up that disrupts your whole life takes place. It’s good to be able to set it down and let them pick it up and take care of it for you. Thank you ServPro!

Scott was excellent! He kept me updated and was very patient with my tentativeness on the process as this was an unexpected home insurance claim and allowed me to verify coverage each step of the way.

From the moment I called and talked to David, Sydney at the office, to Scotty and Bobby showing up ( on time) they were very polite and professional. Scotty and Bobby worked well together as a team and answered all our questions ( this was for my mom who had a water leak at her home). Scotty explained what they were doing and why and I appreciated that as I was learning by watching and what Scotty and Bobby were explaining to us. When my mom had a question or concern regarding something about her bathroom, they were very polite with her and didn’t shrug it off. Everything was explained clearly to us and even if we didn’t understand something and Scotty had to repeat the information he didn’t get frustrated with us. I would recommend SERVPRO to family and friends.
