From the moment I called and talked to David, Sydney at the office, to Scotty and Bobby showing up ( on time) they were very polite and professional. Scotty and Bobby worked well together as a team and answered all our questions ( this was for my mom who had a water leak at her home). Scotty explained what they were doing and why and I appreciated that as I was learning by watching and what Scotty and Bobby were explaining to us. When my mom had a question or concern regarding something about her bathroom, they were very polite with her and didn’t shrug it off. Everything was explained clearly to us and even if we didn’t understand something and Scotty had to repeat the information he didn’t get frustrated with us.
