They called, Set up an appointment time for later that day, and arrived on time. Will was great. Not only was he fast, and knowledgeable, but he also gave me some great advice. It took no time at all to set up equipment, and he did his best to keep it out of the way. This was my second experience with SERVPRO, and both times were positive.
SERVPRO of Beaumont/Banning took professionalism and my expectations of good service to a whole new level. During the Idyllwild Fires our historical home (Frank Sinatra's Hideaway) was covered in smoke damage. All three (3) properties were damaged. SERVPRO came along and fixed my house to exactly the same as before the fire even better. I was so happy with their services.
