n January 17, 2019 I had a major water loss due to the immense rain storm in Southern California. I am a Marketing Representative for SERVPRO Beaumont / Banning and I called our office and our water restoration team showed up within 1 hour. I was so pleased to have such a professional team present to help mitigate and restore a big mess. Having such a loss happen, leaves one with mental anguish. The great people at SERVPRO Beaumont/Banning talked me off several ledges during this whole process. As a Marketing Representative I don't get a chance to go in the field often and see our team at work. Witnessing the professional, personnel at work makes it even easier to sell this great service. I am so proud to be a SERVPRO team member.

After experiencing a leak in the feed line to my ice maker I called my insurance company, and they contacted SERVPRO of Banning/Beaumont. They called, Set up an appointment time for later that day, and arrived on time. Will was great. Not only was he fast, and knowledgeable, but he also gave me some great advice. It took no time at all to set up equipment, and he did his best to keep it out of the way. This was my second experience with SERVPRO, and both times were positive.

SERVPRO of Beaumont/Banning took professionalism and my expectations of good service to a whole new level. During the Idyllwild Fires our historical home (Frank Sinatra's Hideaway) was covered in smoke damage. All three (3) properties were damaged. SERVPRO came along and fixed my house to exactly the same as before the fire even better. I was so happy with their services.
