Unfortunately we had a leak in our bathroom wall that damaged our bedroom floor, bedroom walls and even a wall in our living room. Our insurance company recommended Servpro and I couldn't be happier with the process and the results. I attribute this to the amazing communication I had with Marat, the project manager. From the start he was responsive to all questions or inquiries I had and was so accommodating and helpful when I wanted to make changes to the scope of work. This is invaluable during a stressful home renovation/ repair. The crew, consisting of Carlos, Carlos and Joel, were excellent. They were trustworthy, on time and so fast! The results are beautiful and I will be back in my home in no time! I appreciated the patience that they had with us seeing as this was our first home leak and big repair job. As they removed the water-damaged materials—carpet, flooring, drywall, ceilings—they uncovered mold, lead, and asbestos. They took every precaution to prevent the spread of contaminants, sealing off areas like something out of E.T., with plastic hallways and isolated rooms. When it came time to choose new materials—paint colors, flooring, lighting—their expert guidance made the process seamless. Even though we were displaced for three months (far longer than we anticipated), the crew worked diligently, including weekends, to get us back home as soon as possible. Workers were always on time or early. Always polite and professional. All work was completed as promised. They took care of all details large and small. Clean up was done very well and all trash and replaced items were removed. Highly recommended.
