Unfortunately we had a leak in our bathroom wall that damaged our bedroom floor, bedroom walls and even a wall in our living room. From the start he was responsive to all questions or inquiries I had and was so accommodating and helpful when I wanted to make changes to the scope of work. This is invaluable during a stressful home renovation/ repair. The crew, consisting of Carlos, Carlos and Joel, were excellent. They were trustworthy, on time and so fast! The results are beautiful and I will be back in my home in no time! I appreciated the patience that they had with us seeing as this was our first home leak and big repair job. What stood out to me was not only how quickly they finished the job and the quality of the craftsmanship, but how quickly the estimate/invoice was given to me as well as photo updates. ServPro Review – Exceptional Service During a Tough Time In January 2025, we experienced an unexpected flood that started in an upstairs bathroom and caused significant damage to most of our upper level and a large portion of our downstairs area. AAA recommended ServPro for the cleanup and restoration, and we couldn’t be more grateful for that referral. From the beginning, the ServPro team responded promptly and brought in an incredible crew who stayed consistent throughout the entire process. As they removed the water-damaged materials—carpet, flooring, drywall, ceilings—they uncovered mold, lead, and asbestos. Without hesitation, they brought in an environmental team to handle everything safely and efficiently. They took every precaution to prevent the spread of contaminants, sealing off areas like something out of E.T., with plastic hallways and isolated rooms. Though we kept running into new issues that required remediation, ServPro tackled each one quickly and professionally. They communicated clearly every step of the way, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during an otherwise stressful situation. When it came time to choose new materials—paint colors, flooring, lighting—their expert guidance made the process seamless. Even though we were displaced for three months (far longer than we anticipated), the crew worked diligently, including weekends, to get us back home as soon as possible. Workers were always on time or early. Always polite and professional. All work was completed as promised. They took care of all details large and small. Clean up was done very well and all trash and replaced items were removed. Highly recommended.
