Cal Expo has a long and rich history in Sacramento County area. Also known as California Exposition and State Fair, it is an independent state agency. One of the notable events that lead to the opening of Cal Expo was the last State Fair held at the old fairgrounds. Since 1967, the California State Fair was dedicated by the then-Governor Ronald Reagan at the base of the American River levee. The speech elaborated that Cal Expo would represent “the best of the past, in which the State Fair would preserve a slice of Americana; and it would be a window into the future.” Since Cal Expo has been open, it has created many memories for many residents who visited the city. The city of Cal Expo has hosted a variety of events ranging from the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee, the Sacramento County Fair, State Fair Gala that supports scholarships International Sportsman Expo Western States Horse Expo, recreational vehicles, auto and special collectible trade shows, trade and business events, and other events that continues to serve the community. Cal Expo is the home to one of two operating permanent monorail system in California. The monorail is open to the locals of Cal Expo during the annual State Fair to oversee the city. All the SERVPRO crew every step of the way helped guide me and worked handed in hand with my insurance to help with dehumidifying, removing and listing all contents, disinfecting and cleaning the rooms after the drywall was removed. They also helped setup the contractors for asbestos mediation for m drywall removal, they helped set that up along with my insurance for everything that needed to be done. They also helped me get estimates for rebuilding and remodeling. And now my house is ready to be lived in and enjoyed with brand new remodeled clean goodness! The first night they showed up they showed up about 10 o’clock at night when I needed them and worked throughout the night to get everything in motion as quick as possible before additional damage like mold could start to set in. They have established relationships with insurance companies making it easy to get the work done as quick as possible, then bill your insurance directly for the costs without you having to be the middleman on things. It’s good to be able to set it down and let them pick it up and take care of it for you. Thank you!

I have used SERVPRO on 2 occasions and was impressed and very satisfied with their services. The first time I used them it was for extensive water damage to my kitchen and hardwood floors caused by a broken pipe under my sink. They were always professional and lived up to their motto "Like it never even happened." The second time I used them it was to investigate a musty odor in my kitchen (different kitchen from previously mentioned water leak). They were unable to locate any leaks or moisture source so did not charge me for their visit. They also gave me some ideas to get rid of the musty odor-again free of charge. If I ever am unlucky enough to have water or fire damage again, they will be my first call.
