Wickenburg Cleanup and Restoration

I do not do reviews very often. Companies either need to have absolutely horrible service or extraordinary service for me to do this. Fortunately, in this case Servpro service was extraordinary. Two days before the final walk-through for the sale of my unoccupied house my realtor stopped by and the first floor was flooded from a leak in the supply line to the icemaker in my refrigerator. I immediately called Servpro at approximately 10 PM at night and They were able to get on site and begin the mitigation process within one hour. From there, my main point of communication was Christian. He did an absolutely amazing job of keeping me updated on exactly what needed to be done in order to mitigate the damage and what needed to be done to rebuild what was damaged so that it was as good as before the flood. Servpro also worked directly with my insurance company and made that process a breeze. Christian also led the reconstruction team and did a phenomenal job communicating during that portion of the process. Brandon and Kelci Were amazing at helping me to get documents signed coordinating the services and picking out the materials to use during the reconstruction. Their communication was second to none. To be honest, the only reason I called Servpro is because I remembered seeing their vans that said they did Mitigation and reconstruction from water damage. I had never needed a service like this before and I’m glad I remembered their Name. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anybody Who has this type of situation happen to them. We were able to extend the contract for 30 days, and closed a week early because of Servpro‘s excellent service.

We unfortunately have had water damage in our home more than once. The last time, we had Servpro come out and they did a fantastic job. Jordan was one of the technicians that we had last time and his kind words, demeanor, and work ethic were a big factor in having Servpro come out again. Out insurance company had a vendor contact me and I told him not to be rude but if I can have Servpro come out to my home again, I’m definitely gonna go with them. I contact my insurance company and told them I wanted Servpro and they made it happen. Once I asked for that change, Servpro was at my home within three hours and have been checking in every day just to make sure the clean up process was smooth. It was just by luck and by chance Jordan was our technician again this time with Brayden. I again would 100% recommend and refer Servpro to anyone in need of their services. And if you’re lucky enough, you’ll have Jordan as one of your technicians. Thank you, Servpro. I know we’re not done yet. We still have to rebuild from the damage, but I know you’ll again do a great job.

When we woke up at 3:30 am to a flooded house, my husband called ServePro and boy did we luck out! Luis and his team came out within the hour and got everything under control. Christopher Larson and Luis were so polite, patient and professional, updating us and answering all our questions and addressing our concerns throughout the entire mitigation and demolition process. Their entire team were efficient and impressively thorough, making sure there would not be one drop of water in our drywall. They cleaned up all dust and debris and labeled EVERYTHING for the restoration team to put everything back together. This company is TOP NOTCH! Thank you ServPro!
