Super impressed! This group jumped all over my mold issue and got it cleared out faster than expected. I would definitely use this group again. They were responsive and provided great feedback throughout the job. I am out of state, so I really had to trust them and they pulled through completely.
We used the Gilbert location when our R/O system split open and flooded our house while we were out for the day. The response time and customer service could not have been any better. True professionals. The responding project manager Greg was the calm in my storm. His team went right to work while he explained what they were doing and why and what the next few days were going to be like. He walked me through the whole process. Then the next few days we had a new project manager Arianna and again pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything. Completely professional customer service from the phone call to the handshake at the end of remediation. I would definitely use SERVPRO Gilbert again (let's hope I don't have to) and would recommend them to my family and friends in their time of need.
