Salem is located in North Central Arkansas on the east-west U.S. Highway 62/412 corridor. It is the county seat of Fulton County and has a Mayor-City Council form of government. It's also not far to White River, nationally known for its big rainbow and brown trout, or to Spring River and the Strawberry River. Wildlife abounds and the area is a popular Deer and Turkey Hunting area.
Fulton County Hospital located in Salem is an acute care hospital certified by CMS and licensed by the state as a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency service and general diagnostic testing including clinical laboratory testing, general x-ray and CT. Ultrasound and MRI are provided on a scheduled basis.

SERVPRO developed an Emergency Ready Plan for the Flippin School District (a complete listing of every electrical, water and gas shutoff in the district and emergency numbers to each service) they included photos of the preferred entrance to the building and the shutoff itself. What a great service provided free of charge to the school districts! They provided each office with a hard copy as well as an app that contains the information. I can now carry this information with me (via the app) 24/7.
