They did a pack out and moved EVERYTHING out of the house so that the floors could be replaced. We are pleasant with their efforts. I recently had a roof leak and chose SERVPRO to handle the mitigation, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Lindsey came out to inspect the damage and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. She walked through my home with me, showing exactly what needed to be removed and, more importantly, what didn’t. I really appreciated her honesty—she never tried to upsell unnecessary work or recommend services that weren’t needed just to make more money. Throughout the process, I had to reschedule and change dates several times. Even after Lindsey and her boss worked hard to fit us into their schedule, they never once sounded frustrated or aggravated when plans changed. They were always kind, understanding, patient, and respectful, which meant so much during a stressful situation. Once everything was finalized, Lindsey scheduled the crew, and they arrived exactly as promised. She was on-site throughout the project, working alongside the crew during the demolition instead of simply supervising. Every time she gave me an arrival time, she was there on time, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable with Lindsey and the entire SERVPRO team. I trusted them enough to relax in my home while they worked because I knew it was in good hands. I called servpro after having restoration one at my house that did nothing for me but cause problems when Lindsey from servpro arrived she came in professional and ran over the mitigation side with me and how the process works step by step she set the job up and equipment up with no problem or complaining when she was notified there wasn't a crew available and she jump rite in and told her boss she could set equipment herself no problem she then came out everyday and kept me updated with how the job is going to even doing the treating my problem I had I would recommend servpro to anyone and if you use them ask for Lindsey

Will did a wonderful job on every contact with me during the mitigation process. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of the stresses one has with extensive water damage to one's home. He makes me want to go back to servpro with any future needs.
