I recently had to get my house packed up by SERVPRO packout team before I get my floors done in my bedroom and bathroom. I had the pleasure of having the best packout crew at my house, Beverly , Courtney and Marcus were great. The team was very professional, handled my personal belongings with care and communicated with me every process they were taking while packing up my stuff. I would highly recommend that team to anyone. Thank you Devan(manager) for also coming out to check and see how things were going.

They did a pack out and moved EVERYTHING out of the house so that the floors could be replaced. We are pleasant with their efforts. Lindsey came out to inspect the damage and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. She walked through my home with me, showing exactly what needed to be removed and, more importantly, what didn’t. They were always kind, understanding, patient, and respectful, which meant so much during a stressful situation. Once everything was finalized, Lindsey scheduled the crew, and they arrived exactly as promised. She was on-site throughout the project, working alongside the crew during the demolition instead of simply supervising. Every time she gave me an arrival time, she was there on time, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable with Lindsey and the entire SERVPRO team. I trusted them enough to relax in my home while they worked because I knew it was in good hands.
