Gardendale Cleanup and Restoration

We had water back up on the house. Serve Pro was great! J.P, Noe, Misty and Jessica were super studious, respectful, and was able to answer all questions while in the middle of getting our mess cleaned up. Keith was great as well. He came every day worked around our schedule to monitor the equipment. I would totally recommend Servpro Birmingham and especially these five employees to anyone and everyone I know thank you so much Servpro Birmingham.

I have water damage in my kitchen from a ruptured water filter on the refrigerator. The team at Servpro were exceptional. Luke, Isaiath, Arthur, Anthony, JP and Noe were all very professional and willing to answer my many questions. My kitchen is now dry and ready for the replacement floor to be installed. Luke did a great job communicating with me about the progress and what to expect next. I highly recommend Servpro and would use them if needed in the future.

Donnie Douglas was very professional and prompt. He handled our reconstruction project after a lightning strike efficiently and was very helpful to us in explaining each step along the way. We had our entire upstairs floor rewired and dry wall repaired afterwards and the wall’s painted.

JR, Juan, Benjamin did great! They were very efficient and very kind. We appreciated their communication and how comfortable they made us feel during the process.

I could not be happier with the work completed on my home. From start to finish, the reconstruction process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The hardwood flooring, carpet, painting, bathroom tile, vanity, trim work, and final reset all turned out great. The crews worked hard, kept the job moving, and made sure the house was put back together the right way. James Marlow, the superintendent, did an excellent job overseeing the work and making sure everything was completed properly. He was thorough, responsive, and made sure the details were handled. Vaughn Harris, the project manager, also did a great job coordinating the project and keeping things on track. I really appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of work throughout the entire job. The house looks great, and I would highly recommend James Marlow, Vaughn Harris, and the entire team to anyone needing restoration or reconstruction work done. Five stars all the way.
