I was so thrilled Servpro could come out to our home so quickly despite the torrential rains in the area (on a Saturday, to boot). Mark came and assessed the water damage from the roof leak. Later, Tiki came to do damage control, including setting up several fans and a dehumidifier. They were both very kind and courteous.

The Servpro mitigation team is the best! Even with home insurance covering costs, you can’t put a price on the peace of mind these guys brought. From the project managers Tim and Luke, to all the specialists helping with our basement remediation, top notch service and communication all around. My review is about the return of my boxes that were packed out after lightning caused a fire in my attic. The team of ladies, April, Jessica, Alex and Ivette were hard working professionals and careful with the 500+ boxes delivered to my home. April was there all 7 days, Alex was there for 4 days, Jessica was there one day as was Ivette. Every day, they opened boxes, unpacked them, cut up and disposed of boxes and removed all of it at the end of each day. They were punctual, courteous, and accommodating. I’m happy to have this much completed before receiving my furniture. Kudos to this team!👏
