I had a large flood in my crawl space and didn't know what to do. For my business we used SERVPRO and I was extremely satisfied. With that in mind I quickly called them again and asked for help. The following day Benjamin and Sean showed up and took over this large "wading pool" in my crawl space.
They went right to work by taking pictures, evaluating the situation and coming up with a game plan to rectify this situation. Their professional approach made me feel better and relaxed me tremendously.
They showed up everyday, taking readings of the wood, checking out the insulation, checking on the temperature underneath the house and making sure the dehumidifiers were doing their job correctly.

SERVPRO of JH did an amazing job handling a sprinkler head leak which caused a lot of water damage to our great room. SP performed the full remediation, demo and repairs. Doug was very responsive and knowledgeable during the entire process. HIGHLY recommend!
