Milton, West Virginia is another quiet and quaint town running along I-64. Milton was established in 1876 and has been a part of the metropolitan statistical area of Ashland-Huntington. According to the last census check in 2010, nearly 2,500 residents have settled into the charming city of Milton.

To this day, many people travel to Milton to visit the beautiful art of hand blown glass produced at Blenko. In addition, the Mud River Covered Bridge is another historical landmark for the area that is found now at the pumpkin park in Milton.
