When Water Damage, Fire, and Storms Happen in Martinsburg - We're Ready
Martinsburg is the seat of Berkeley County in West Virginia with a population of almost 19,000 people. This area was originally established by the Virginia General Assembly during the Revolutionary War. Throughout the tremendous growth of the city, some things have remained the same, such as Aspen Hall. This Georgian mansion is the oldest house in the city, and it played an important role in many wars. As the town grew it established the first U.S. post office and with that, the development of many other commercialized buildings were created.
Water and Fire Damage
Things like humidity, flooding, cold weather, and much more can lead to water and fire damage. The multiple changes in weather throughout the year causes drastic changes within homes and commercial properties. This can lead to a major loss if not taken care of immediately. Martinsburg faces humidity in the summer and snowy weather in the winter which makes us vulnerable to property damage. With these potential problems, it is necessary to have access to water and fire damage restoration. Being able to have 24/7 professional help can reduce the risk of damage loss within a property and allows for the water and fire damage restoration process to be the most effective.

What our Martinsburg customers are saying
Don is exemplary in his knowledge and ability to interact with customers. He consulted with me throughout my project and I trusted him explicitly. I also followed every piece of his advice. Working with SERVPRO and Don, Cindy, and Mike Murray was a pleasure. I only commend you on your service and would not hesitate to recommend SERVPRO to others.

Excellent Home Repair & Painting. I've called on SERVPRO Panhandle a few times. They removed my kitchen and living room ceiling, walls and moldy insulation, which occurred due to an unfortunately poor roofing job by a different contractor.
They were very thorough and professional. Subsequently, I had my kitchen, living room and hallway painted. They were very accommodating and worked around my teaching schedule. There were some complications with the painting.
I called the supervising manager to see if some issues could be rectified. Not only did the manager promise to make the job to my satisfaction, but he followed through in such an attentive way making sure he had all the details and pictures.
I couldn't be happier with their work. They made good on their promise in a timely manner and went way beyond any expectations I had. In this day, this kind of integrity is a rarity. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Panhandle without any reservations.
I highly recommend SERVPRO for water damage and mold assessment. The team of Joey and James was a very pleasant experience for a very stressful situation! They were both very knowledgeable and courteous as well as explaining the process(es) to me in layman terms. Thank you both again!
