Black Earth is home to the popular Shoe Box store known for its vast inventory of shoes for every size, activity, and taste. It's one of the largest shoe stores in the US, with a selection of over three hundred thousand shoes to choose from. Black Earth Creek runs through this lovely town, and it's a Class 1 trout stream prized for top-notch outdoor recreation. It is a focal point of the communities it flows through.
