Leak from the upstairs neighbour 12/23 was my Nightmare Before Christmas. The timing of things (holidays and freezes) and the difficulty nailing down scheduling weren't great (4 stars for the hassle of scheduling). BUT! Once the schedule was sorted, the work was done well and done without more mess or damage to my home. Whilst all the people who came out to work were pleasant, special kudos go to Natasha and Melissa, who made the experience for me. They were both great at their jobs and easy to work with.
