Kainan and Gavin were fabulous! They were out here within 2 hours of me telling my Insurance that I needed mitigation & stayed until late at night making sure that the dehumidifiers were set up, the attic was dry, and the crawlspace wasn’t impacted. They were also very kind and explained every step along the way.

They responded to our water leak in under 2 hours from the initial call and immediately began mitigation steps to minimize damage. The Servpro of Edmonds team were outstanding. I literally never leave reviews on things, but I was compelled to share how great the experience was! I had a water damage issue in my laundry room, and was up against a really tight schedule. They were super flexible and came out early before their day started just to fit me in. I couldn’t have felt more cared for through the process. This is a business that you don’t want to have to call - but you could only be so lucky to get them to help in emergency situations like this. Couldn’t imagine picking a different team in the future

The crew at Servpro were very professional. When they arrived they had a game plan in mind and executed the plan very well. Each individual were accommodating and they were thoughtful in asking what i wanted to keep or to be thrown out. By day two the whole place was cleaned and the furniture was neatly stacked in the center of the room for the walls to be readily demolished. I enjoyed the whole experience with those who came to the project. The individuals who came were Daniel, Joey, Brandon, Leonila, Maribel, Anthony, and Talmai.
