Kerrick from Servpro was a true star! There is nothing good about having to go through the process of damage to your house. However Kerrick made the process of mitigation very smooth and stress-free. Kerrick and his team came to the rescue recently when we had a overflow of water in our laundry room that extended into our family room. They arrived after their typical work hours in the evening to pull up the carpet in the affected areas, set up the fans, dehumidifiers, and checked the crawl space by the laundry room for any evidence of water. Kerrick took pictures of all of the areas affected by the flooding.He answered all of our questions. The next day Kerrick returned to check on the status of the mitigation. He had tools to check for moisture in the drywall. Kerrick was very responsive to our concerns and arrived with his team promptly on the third day of treatment to check for any moisture, collect equipment, and move the furniture and carpet back into place. I would highly recommend Kerrick for his outstanding service.
