I had a fire in my kitchen and it completely destroyed my kitchen. My countertops, walls,ceiling and cabinets were all impacted. I was directed towards SERVPRO from my insurance company and I can say that I am glad that I was. They Immediately scheduled an appointment to come and look at the damage, I was super upset about losing a lot of my stuff and the employees were extremely generous and caring. They even helped me find items that could be saved. They started their work immediately and I was honestly shocked how quickly they did. They finished the job earlier than expected, and my kitchen looked brand new. My friends and family couldn't even tell what had happened. I would highly recommend them! The employees are kind and really care about their customers.
Coming home to a flooded basement is NOT the ideal Sunday afternoon. After all of our torrential rain we checked before we left for brunch and just being gone a few short hours already had 2 inches of water in the basement!

Luckily Melissa from SERVPRO dispatched a team do water techs that not only came out the same day but started the work immediately.
We had dehumidifiers and fans in our house for about a week and the job was done right and we were able to save a lot of our belongings!!! We have connections to other companies and even they couldn’t get someone out the same day. I am so thrilled with their response time and customer service and will definitely refer them to anyone I know inside or outside of Loudoun County!
