The cold waterline that leads to my master bathtub sprung a leak the day after Christmas. Without hesitation, Servpro dispatched a project manager and two tech's that got to work almost immediately. Qusay the project manager eased my concerns regarding the insurance claim process, at the same time, Mike and Santos started to deal with the saturated bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling. I am downright impressed with just how much care was put into ensuring debris was kept contained to a minimal area. This very stressful situation every homeowner fears was eased by the professionalism displayed by the entire team. After a section of ceiling in my garage fell on my car, Servpro of Loudoun was there! On Saturday I had a new roof, new gutters were installed on Monday and new drywall on Tuesday. They got it done quickly and cleanly!

In June-24, we had a water damage in our house in the night which we noticed around 3AM. We called our insurance carrier for help around 8AM. We picked Servpro from the few names that the insurance claims agent suggested to us. I believe we made the right decision to have selected Servpro. Servpro team was here in our house before 10AM the same day and swung into action. We had no clue as to how to handle this damage and the claim. Servpro team lead by Qusay Khalaf was highly professional in their approach and walked us through every single step. We would like to thank sincerely Qusay Khalaf who was project lead for drying the house and clearing the house of all the debris. Qusay is one of the nicest people we met and finished his part of the job very efficiently. He kept us informed every single step of the way and is an outstanding professional. Andrew Reed was our project Manager who took over the reconstruction and was exceptionally good in his job and helped us complete all the work as per the scheduled date. Andrew was our main point of contact for every single piece of the project. He literally held our hand and helped us tremendously to have the house back in good shape. Andrew was very punctual and always reached home before the appointment time. Andrew managed his contractor very well and ensured to hold him to high standards.
