Woods Cross Cleanup and Restoration

Cliffnotes- we had another company come out to remedy the unknown bio hazzard of death, cats, and trash under a home we just bought. They (first company) took their exorbant bid to mean "stick it to the man" and carried out a few bags of debris on a dumpster sized job. We refused to let them come back and called Servpro in. We had some initial hiccups, but we communicated with Tom who gave us the original bid (less than the company that ripped us off initially) and he made sure that everything was set right and done to our total satisfaction. Our house went from bio hazzard to an acceptable "5 second rule" and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for giving us an alternative to burning it down and starting from scratch!

We love Servpro! Rory, Carlos, Kaiden, Katy, and Iago took such good care of us! They are all very kind and approachable, and did great work.

I can't say enough about the good work these guys do. We were out of town over Memorial Day weekend and our sprinkler system blew up. We contacted Servopro Bountiful and Rory was on call. He walked us through our options and offered for Jason (the guy working) to just go inspect the house to see what the damage was. After getting a report back from Jason, we contacted Rory again and told him to have his team get started. They (Rory, Gilbert, Brad and Carlos) came up to house everyday to check the progress and keep us informed of the process.

Josh and Cameron (Josh is the owner and Cameron does the reconstruction side) are by far the best vendor our non profit has ever worked with. They are always responsive, professional, and care more about our mission than anything, which is admirable. They are very communicative on projects and get their emergency team on any issues our homes and properties have within an hour. They treat us like family. It’s been amazing.

Serv Pro was great. Rory came out late at night and gave me an thorough and honest estimate. I had already had an estimate done by another company and im so glad I got a 2nd opinion because Rory found water damages in places the other company didnt even check that would've been catastrophic if left. He was kind, sympathetic and professional.

Called Servpro and Rory came out to do an assessment after we had some flooding in the basement due to a leak. What an amazing team! They were prompt and professional. They were able to quickly identify where the problem was coming from and gave me options to solve the problem. Rory was so helpful! Definitely appreciate this team and their wonderful service. They'll be our first call anytime we have a problem like this.

Greg Whiting found what was causing our water leak and gave us the names of three excellent plumbers. He was very professional and friendly. We were very satisfied with his service.

Flood/water damage is an absolute nightmare!! We decided to Servpro of Bountiful for a cleanup estimate and Tracy was awesome! He was there within an hour and gave us excellent feedback.
