This is the second time we have required their services, unfortunately, and both times they courteous & professional, even when I may have not been my friendliest self. This most recent time, they were called late in the evening, loaded their truck and drove the 2 hours to our location, arriving at midnight, and staying until almost 3 am to make sure the water would do minimum damage.
