The town of Highland Park, Tx was established in 1907 and is a separate town located within the boundaries of the city of Dallas. While often considered part of Highland Park, University Park is also its own city inside the boundaries of Dallas, Texas. It’s the home of Southern Methodist University and the George W. When disaster strikes, tenants get upset and fearful. A major tenant who houses within 20,500 sf was affected by thick smoke after a fire erupted on the premises. Within a very short time, SERVPRO representative John Stalsworth was on site to assess the damages and soon had the necessary equipment delivered to the building.
The tenant was able to keep operations going and lost no productivity. John’s knowledge and professionalism saved the day! To have an emergency as this happen and end up with a happy tenant through the troubled times and after is amazing. The process from start to finish was seamless.
