Thank you so much for putting the perfect final touch on the miracle of transforming my house to a home by sending a crew to clean the carpets. Although I had vacuumed and spot-cleaned, the carpets were still full of drywall dust and the remnants of having dozens of people in and out of the house when the "finish" day turned into a day of ice and freezing cold. We even turned my dining room into a broadcast studio! It was a marvelous, but slightly messy, experience that has changed my life and lifted my spirits beyond words.
Your employees were friendly, helpful, efficient and thoroughly professional in cleaning my 20 year old carpets - even the worn "trails" are sparkling clean and fresh-smelling. It was such a big relief to us to have such great help as DeeDee was still in the ICU at the hospital after suffering a stroke in October when the flooding happened in November.
