Tydon McGill with SERVEPRO of Paris TX, is completely professional, clean and very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. If needed their service again I would recommend him be the project manager and lead the project. Great job all the way around.

Did not take all trash on clean up.Found nails in driveway.The boss of crew never came around to talk to us.Charged us for lights they broke.Put us off all the time.Got the itemized charges and was shocked.Workers picked up our check not the crew boss.Why would the crew boss not pick up check and send a worker?Thank you to the crew that repaired our house.Good job guys.Some bosses have great crews that really care about their jobs and the people they work for.We give crew 5 stars not Jesse.

The Servpro team has been great to work with! They came quickly that night to rescue us from our water emergency. Jason and crew were the first ones to start the drying process even though they had already had a long Saturday. Ty checked up on us everyday for the week to make sure everything was going well. Delvin made sure the drying was complete. They were all polite, professional and easy to work with. Thanks for an excellent job, guys! Well done!

Had to call ServPro last weekend. The crew from Paris came out quickly and got started right away. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. While I would have preferred not to have water damage,we knew we were in good hands. Delvin and his crew did a great job.

We had a water leak at our lake house that we weren't aware of for weeks. Our adjuster recommended ServPro and allowed me to retain them quickly without an estimate due to their trust in ServPro. Delvin and his crew were responsive and communicative throughout the process. Very helpful and explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend them.

Delvin, the Production Manager, was absolutely the best person to help guide us through this entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. His communication was excellent, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure things were handled properly. Delvin went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and supported throughout the process, and his dedication and customer service truly stood out. As well, every person I spoke with throughout the process was respectful, courteous, and professional, which made the overall experience much more positive during a difficult time.

I contacted Servpro in Durant/Paris about cleaning the ductwork in our 1971 home. We recently moved into and the air ducts have never been cleaned. So you can imagine how bad they were!! My husband has severe respiratory problems. I explained that to Megan and Dakota understood that it needed to be done as soon as possible. I called on Thursday afternoon, Monday morning Jamal and Babs were here ready to work! And work they did!! Arrived at 10:15 and stayed till every Air ducts had been cleaned out, every vent was scrubbed and cleaned. Then they vacuumed up and wiped down the areas. It took 2 1/2 almost 3 hours! Very detailed work! We immediately could tell a difference once we turn the unit back on!! Slept better that night and we have in a while. Don’t hesitate to call…..wonderful wonderful folks!!!! Brandon and Mike have done an incredible job of creating my dream to come true during this recent remodel due to the flood in our home. They both have made sure the extra touches have been done. My husband is a disabled veteran and needed a few extra touches. I just found out I have a brain tumor and currently going through radiation. They have gone far beyond my expectations.
