He arrived quickly, kept us informed throughout the drying process, and thoroughly completed all final reporting and documentation. Unfortunately I have experience with remediation. All I can say is I wish I would have found Steve with Servpro Sugar Land sooner. Can’t say enough good things about this man and his excellent service.

I called Servpro for a water heater leak I experienced, Erick and his crew got here the same night and helped us clean up the debris and set up their drying machines. We were really impressed on how well informed they kept me, I highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

Our washer broke a seal and several rooms and the house entry area were flooded as a result. Brandon showed up within an hour of my call to inspect the area and a clean up crew was on the way shortly after. Watervac, Pulling baseboards and dry out set up went quickly and efficiently. With 20 fans and two industrial humidifiers running, the area became bone dry. I recommend Servpro Sugarland highly. Brandon knew what to do, answered all my questions and kept me informed with updates along the way. Steve ( project director) coordinated with my insurance and planned and directed follow on activity. Again, I recommend Servpro Sugarland. I cannot say enough about this amazing team. We were in the middle of an unexpected flood in our house and they came within hours in the middle of the night and got our problem under control so quickly and helped us save so much of our house.
