I had outstanding services both times that I've had to use them. Communication was great even came out later in the evening when one of them machine had an error. Not that many companies have GREAT customer service these days but they were GREAT. Both the gentlemen on the job were wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Servpro out of Temple is a top-notch organization. This is the second time we have required their services, unfortunately, and both times they courteous & professional, even when I may have not been my friendliest self. This most recent time, they were called late in the evening, loaded their truck and drove the 2 hours to our location, arriving at midnight, and staying until almost 3 am to make sure the water would do minimum damage. They kept us informed throughout the drying of our house and were patient with us when we continuously pressed them on removing machines as timely as feasible.
Josh and his team were great after we had to contact them when our house was flooded. They showed up promptly, were extremely professional and got to work right away. They communicated with us in what needed to be done and what to expect. They did a great job. We would highly recommend their team.
