When Water, Fire, and Storm Damage Happens in Silver Point, We're Ready.

Whether you're looking for restoration, cleaning or construction services in Silver Point, we're here to help 24/7.

Silver Point, TN is mostly scattered around the intersection of Tennessee State Route 141, Tennessee State Route 56, and Interstate 40, about halfway between Cookeville and Smithville. Here you’ll find Edgar Evins State Park, This beautiful 6,000-acre park is situated along the wooded and hilly northern end of the 18,000-acre reservoir. Located on an impounded stretch of the scenic Caney Fork River, this landscape is populated by owls, hawks, eagles, forest songbirds, deer, turkey, as well as an abundance of butterflies. In fact, according to Tennessee State Parks, of the 139 or so butterfly species found in the state, an incredible 57 of those species can be found at Edgar Evins.

Silver Point’s geographic placement on the Cumberland Plateau does set the residents up for some dramatic weather to deal with and cause water damage issues for homeowners and business owners alike. Due to Silver Point’s proximity to major river systems, floods are a concern of the area year-round. A humid climate provides the perfect environment for mold to thrive. The area has seen its share of significant storms increasing annually due to climate changes. Fire damage happens, even with the best efforts of our brave first responders.

That’s where we come in! No disaster is too large or small for our team. We have the same sense of urgency as our customers when emergencies strike. Every challenge is met with professionalism and deep consideration, with the goal of mitigating water, fire, storm, or mold property damage at your home, business, or large commercial facility and restoring to pre-disaster condition. Our professional technicians are available to help prevent further damage to homes and businesses and to get residents of the Upper Cumberland back to normal as quickly as possible. "Like it never even happened."

My basement flooded and Servpro of Cookeville was called by my insurance company and they were right on it from drying the basement out to ripping out the damage and getting a pod and it all loaded up. Josh S, Josh J, Nathan, Brenton, Austin and Lonnie went above and beyond to make our experience great.

ServPro did a great job in removing mold and drying out a wall, subfloor and saving our hardwood flooring after a leak. Adam and the team arrived the next morning after we called and got to work immediately. They even checked on the project each day over the weekend. Thanks to their quick response and the efforts of Nathan, Josh S., Noah, Brenton, Dakota and Josh J., we were able to return home within a week.
