New Hope Cleanup and Restoration

I wanted to commend Rob Perro and Jimmie Zimmer(and the other crews as well) for the good job they did for our church at Wesley Chapel. What one of the workers told me is true.When Serve Pro is done,you won't know the damage ever happened.

Folks from Servpro did a fantastic job on my carpets! I highly recommend them - professional, thorough, and attentive to detail.

Incredible job!! I had my living room carpet cleaned by Jamie and Sam~they were meticulous and professional and on time~even coming from an hour and half away! My carpet was flat out dirty from having 4 dogs in and outside~however there were several other areas from my elderly German Shepherd that had some bathroom issues as well. These stains and odors are gone!! Carpet looks brand new. I didn’t realize all the other services they offer so I will definitely love to use them again!! So professional and knowledgeable and great value! I also want to recognize Amy~as she did the scheduling and was super sweet and helpful trying to squeeze me in the schedule during the hectic holiday season. What a great team! I’m a happy customer, so thank you guys!!

Tim & Rob were awesome doing the reconstruction. They were allowed 5 days and finished with exceptional work in 3. They went above and beyond to make this mess that occurred in July the best experience I have had with a disaster. I would recommend this team of professionals to take care of your worst nightmare when you have water damage.

I was absolutely impressed with Servpro. Jimmy and Cameron out of Rhea, sequatchie and Marion absolutely busted there butts to get my home back to where we need to be after a ruptured water line ruptured at my home while I was on vacation. If per chance your hot water heater ever explodes and turns your basement into a dripping steamroom sauna with extensive microbial growth, these are the guys to call! They did a stellar job drying out and restoring my basement and crawl spaces, and ripping out my damaged flooring. I'm so glad I went with this franchise. They are very thorough and professional and have a team of dedicated hard working crew members from Crossville and Kimball TN. Simply the BEST! Happy now in Grundy Co TN. 🤗

Just wanted to give Scot, Jimie, Jamie, (hopefully I haven’t forgotten anyone) but our experience with Servpro was excellent. I give these guys a 5 star rating because they did what they said they would do. They were very efficient, on time, & went above and beyond putting our home back together which family room, hallways & bedrooms were damaged from a leaky small hot water heater under kitchen sink. And yes as your slogan says “Like it never even happen”. Attached are photos of the finished job.

Called Servpro when our home basically flooded due to a bad pipe fitting. Colton came and did an amazing job with the demolition service and mitigation and Ayden was wonderful and on time and friendly everyday for the service equipment check ins. Ms. Crystal has been so sweet and patient with us making sure we were up to date in all information involving the services. Thank y’all 🙂 (10 stars if I could)
