Lascassas Cleanup and Restoration

We had a garbage disposal fail, which created an unanticipated yet substantial level of water damage to our cabinetry flooring, and drywall. Michael and Johan arrived within hours after we discovered the problem. Upon arrival they thoroughly assessed the situation, providing helpful answers to all of our many questions. They were extremely considerate of my family and our home the entire time they were here. It's unfortunate that we have to go through such a loss, but it's great to be able to work with people who are so understanding of the whole situation. After talking with Michael, it sounds like they've seen pretty much everything. I sincerely hope we are never in this situation again, but if we ever are, I'd call Servpro first.

I had a pipe come apart in my bathroom when I wasn't home and it flooded my house. ServePro has been helping me deal with the aftermath. They had to pack up my VERY full house and move me to a rental. The manager that usually manages that was out of town, but she called me and let me know, and left me in Mercedes hands for the week. Mercedes has done such an amazing job managing the packing my house - especially my antiques. I came by the house and she had everything - including the furniture - all wrapped up so carefully, and has taken such good care of them! All of my antique furniture had blankets on them to protect the wood and wrapped! When I've moved in the past, I had to stay on the movers to take extra care of my 150+ year old items and I worried the whole time they'd get broken or scratched. Not the case this time! Taylor, the manager, came back from vacation and joined the hands on process. She has been absolutely amazing as well. Between Mercedes and Taylor, I am confident that my belongings are in good hands and protected. I have some expensive and very sentimental items. And, then, of course, I ended up needing ONE box of things that was in a closet. They have located the box and will bring it to me. I am truly impressed. The process of cleanup, demo, reconstruction and all that is still ongoing, but the whole team has been fantastic - especially Mercedes and Taylor. I hope no one ever has to use a service like ServePro, but if you do, I highly recommend them!
