Greenbrier Cleanup and Restoration

Servpro has treated our family so well! We had a storm pass through and a tree fell on our roof creating holes and water damage in our kitchen. The team was quick to respond, efficient, caring, respectful and knowledgeable. Marius Rasinar, Dorian Davis and their teams have helped us so much through the damage control process, mitigation, and setting us up for restoration. So grateful for their kindness, and expertise. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough great things about this company. From start to finish they went above and beyond with our restoration work. JZ and Chandler were fantastic and made everything as simple as possible. They were communicative, did their work in a timely manner and did a quality job! We were blown away and although we hope to not ever need restoration again we hope to work with them on other projects. Highly recommend them!!

Cory, Dorian, and the entire SERVPRO crew were excellent! Everyone who worked on our home was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated as everything dried out after the water intrusion in our home. We had water damage from an upstairs shower come down to the kitchen below. Serve Pro came out as soon as they could and helped with every step along the way. Dorian and his team are the best!

Quick summary: My ceiling tiles started to collapse suddenly and the space above was full of mouse-refuse in a 60s-built home. Small house full of kids and health conditions that made the mouse and air situation quite urgent! Job got done just a few hours after my call--house is safe for habitation and we have a plan to deep clean later. 10/10. Ty, Dorian and team!!!! Details (sorry, I talk a lot, but I think it helps if you hear the whole story): Best, quickest emergency service and cleaning! I was in such a panic over my suddenly collapsing ceiling tiles and the mouse debris that was raining down... (must have been so so many years worth. Our house is from like the 60s?) I didn't know what caused it and had no ability to deal with the dust and refuse safely. It was pretty much snowing mouse you-know-what 😭 I have two small kids, a very small house, and other health concerns that made this incredibly urgent to me... Didn't know who to call, looked at several websites and was concerned about their professionalism, and then remembered who handled the recent flooding at my parish (Our Lady of the Lake in Hendersonville). I can't tell you how kind and quick they were. Didn't downplay my concerns or make me more worried than I already was. Just listened, gave me options and pricing, and showed up after business hours to make sure my home was safe for the kids again in just a few hours!!! They had to fully finish removing every dusty, disgusting ceiling tile, cleaning as they went, and cover the room and contents to prevent further dust spread. They are still helping me plan for the following deep clean of my carpeting and couches, and I'm so grateful for their cool heads and air safety management. I think the pricing was very reasonable for the labor and machinery required, not to mention the after-hours nature of the emergency, and will happily do business with them again. I just did not have the ability to properly and safely handle the situation, and they pulled us through it so fast!
