SERVPRO responded quickly to my initial call for water damage. Unfortunately, they were not thorough on the first visit. But I ended up getting connected with Juan Barnes. He took responsibility and his colleagues were very thorough in accomplishing the task of removing everything that was damaged and getting everything dried out and ready for repairs and rebuild. Would definitely use them again. Especially if I knew Desjuan Barnes was going to oversee my project!
