East Cleveland Cleanup and Restoration

Wow. What a service. We were immediately greeted by a pleasant person on the phone. Offered to assist us with urgency, as was needed. I later spoke with Greg. He provided a very responsive ETA, and they even brought a crew Kelvin and Antonio with them to start the work right away. Our incident had a biohazard element to it so they were prompt to begin sanitizing and remediating right away. Very professional, very courteous and a very appreciated outfit. Kelvin and Antonio stayed back and cleaned the environment. Everything was literally like it never happened. I couldn't believe it. Thank you, my wife and I appreciate great businesses.

Tim, Tevin and Aiden helped me with mitigation after a large leak, and they have been phenomenal to work with! They’ve been polite and friendly, and most importantly, they’ve been very responsive to all of my questions. They walked me through the process, and then they took care of everything with minimal disruption to me. They even managed to save my new countertop through the removal process! Servpro has taken a lot of stress out of a very unfortunate and stressful event, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I used Servepro when my home flooded due to a pipe bursting. They did an excellent job in every aspect of the job. Mr. Kelvin Church was in charge of removing my possessions and was so kind and helpful he made the process less stressful for me. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Servpro did a great job helping us out when a water main busted in our front yard and flooded our crawl space. Brian and Jesus came out after hours and helped to get everything situated and Haley came out to gather all the gear they left at our house to dry out our crawl space. Great people and quick and efficient service in the face of a rather large leak that happened. Thank you for your great and hard work!

There was a water main bust that occurred overnight, resulting in standing water in our yard and crawlspace. Cleveland Utilities partnered with ServPro to get a team out and ensure the water was pumped out and our crawlspace was dried out properly over the course of a few days. The ServPro team members we interacted with, Sam and Haley, were a pleasure to work with. They had great communication and worked with our scheduled. What started as a stressful event, turned into a very smooth process and gave peace of mind about everything.
