Chapel Hill is a town located in northeastern Marshall County Tennessee. Originally named after Chapel Hill, NC, settlers transplanted from North Carolina to Tennessee and gave the newly settled town the namesake of their previous home. Chapel Hill now boasts a population of 1,753 residents according to the 2021 census. Located nearby is the Saturn Plant, which makes Chapel Hill the perfect location for employees to call home. Located less than an hour from Nashville, TN, it's residents can experience both the small town lifestyle while being able to go into Nashville for a night out in the city when the mood strikes.

The most well-known attraction for visitors to Chapel Hill would be Henry Horton State Park. Henry Horton State Park is located along the Duck River and offers attractions from kayaking, to camping, and event restaurants for visitors within the park. Since the park is located along the Duck River, the surrounding area, including Chapel Hill, it falls within the Duck River watershed barren and makes the location more susceptible to water damage and in need of water damage restoration services.
