We had an emergency situation at the office I work at. SERVPRO was contacted and at our office within the hour. Wyatt & Logan worked quickly to mitigate the situation with minimum disruption. Highly recommend.

A home water leak damaged floors in three rooms. Servpro responded quickly and professionally by packing and removing items from those rooms, removed the damaged flooring and ceiling in our basement, then drying subflooring. They determined extent of needed replacement floor and installed it. They were considerate of our needs and adapted their plans to ensure we at least had minimal home utility services by staggering their work. They were prepared to do a full restoration, but we elected to perform a kitchen remodel since that room was already gutted. The Project Manager was easily reachable and promptly responded to our requests. We did not have an emergency, but it was critical to quickly respond to prevent mold growth and to ensure our home was returned to normal to support my wife's upcoming recovery from surgery. They did that. Be aware that such service is not inexpensive and we did not expect it to be. (If you are a home owner please be aware having 20 loud drying fans running in your home for a couple days is a necessary annoyance for this type of problem. Servpro should be praised for having the equipment standing by for us rather than being upset by their use.)

The SERVPRO Greenwood branch was fantastic is helping us with our huge window leaking issue. They helped us every step of the way with insurance and the window company who in the end had to replace all windows of our house. We could not have navigated our issue without them. Their staff was all so helpful and great to work with. Hope we don't need them again but if we do, they are my first call.

I had water damage due to a pipe leak causing enough damage that I had to replace most of the kitchen. ServPro responded immediately to mitigate the water damage. They also helped coordinate and provided contractors for the replacement of the floor and cabinet maker. They completed some of the repairs and contracted out other work. I used the opportunity to upgrade my kitchen and he provided contacts for that also. It’s is difficult to find people to do work where I live and could not have gotten this done well without them. I worked exclusively with Gareth and he was amazing. He kept us informed and his calm demeanor was really appreciated. Highly recommend working with him!
