Mt Carmel, SC is located in McCormick County and is home to the Calhoun Mill and the Mount Carmel Historic District, both of which are on the National register of historical places. According to the census bureau the town has a total area of 9 sq miles. The town was originally a thriving railroad town in the late 1880's. In terms of density it is home to approximately 2,000 full time residents but in the spring and summer months its population increases as people are drawn to the areas diverse geography, large lakes and abundance of parks to enjoy the outdoors. SERVPRO has been proudly supporting and servicing the community by providing emergency services to both residential and commercial customers for the last 20 + years.
