I wasn’t there when they came to clean the carpets and floors but the before and after was remarkable. Price was great and so pleased how well the tile looked after.
I was recently at a restaurant in Florence Western sizzerling . I noticed a guy sitting there with his family and he noticed a water leak that was coming out of the kitchen area onto the floor. He spoke with one of the people in there to tell them that it was a water leak and he caught it in time because it came all the way out to the floor that could’ve caused very bad damage or either could’ve hurt someone come to find out this guy works for Servpro in Orangeburg, South Carolina by the name of Mr. Gooden, I just wanted to tell you guys that you have a gem he is very observant and he saved western Sizzlin and lot of money on that day and potential damage to the property and or to any customer kudos to him, Mr. Gooden I’ll give him five stars any day. He was very polite and well mannered and handled the situation very professional so Kudos to Servpro for Mr Gooden ‼️

Servpro of Orangeburg was very professional in that they “phoned “ me prior to their arrival of the 3 workers who were coming into my home . With recent break-ins in the neighborhood, that was extremely important! The gentleman were very courteous and were very careful to not break any fragile pieces. I liked that they asked if I wanted them to place the paper in the high traffic areas until the floor dry. They were also mindful to keep my door closed, so as not to let a lot of bugs in while they were doing the work. The price was surprisingly affordable for four rooms plus a landing. Additionally, the work was fast. I Appreciate that level of excellence and professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
