Trai came out on time assessed the project and emailed price in adequate time frame. The price was fair and covered what needed to be done. We had a pipe burst at our vacation house. Water was spewing probably for weeks with a huge mess. I called ServPro after being recommended by a friend and they were at the house within an hour of the call. Trai was AMAZING! He was in constant communication with at least once daily updates. I was able to call and text him and he was VERY responsive. He worked with my insurance company and really went above and beyond with our house. He really cared about our house in making sure that he and his team (who included Elias, Evelyn, and Roberto) did a great job. He came back to the house probably more than was needed, just to make sure things were as buttoned up as possible. As one can imagine, it was (and is still) VERY stressful to deal with this unexpected house disaster but Trai and his team really made us feel calm and confident with their responsive and professional approach to the work. You never want to make the call for these types of services but if you do, Trai and his team at ServPro are who you need!

We retained Servpro to clean our basement when construction was completed, and the entire process went like clockwork. Roberto and Clemente arrived on site right on time, explained the process completely, answered all of our questions, and did an amazing job.
