David Cook and his crew were very professional in all aspects of their service. Especially impressive was the time David took to explain the details and answer all my questions.

Five stars for SERVPRO. After a faulty pressure valve caused water from my boiler to run all night, their team made a terrible situation much easier to handle. What I appreciated most was the communication. David kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained what was happening, and made sure I understood the next steps. The crew was thorough, professional, respectful of my home, and turned what could have been an incredibly difficult experience into something manageable. Project Manager Matt highly recommended him, and it was easy to see why. He was not only knowledgeable, but mechanically inclined. You never want to need SERVPRO, but having a crew led by someone like David makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

ServPro was recommended to us by our insurance co and we couldn’t be happier. We had some water damage in the basement and they helped us to clean up and dry out. The people they sent out to our home were amazing. Matt got us started. He was fantastic!! Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, He explained the entire process to us and answered all of our questions. David and Tyler came out to do the work. David was very kind and patient with all of the paperwork and explaining everything. He needed to come back at 8 o’clock at night to fix something that had gone awry and maintained his calm, kind demeanor. Ashley and Melissa in the office were so professional. They were organized and extremely accommodating with scheduling. All in all, I would use them again if we needed and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Few weeks ago, we experienced a major water damage. Our supply of our toilet failed us while we were sleeping. Water found pathways under bathroom floor to first floor and later basement. Our insurance was dragging their feet for almost 2 weeks. Servpro was eventually contacted to help us dry walls and ceilings. To skip the boring parts, the crew was helpful, clean and respectful. David was exceptional at building a strategy to be efficient and fast considering that we have babies in the house. Ashley, from the office, did an amazing job coordinating crews and info for insurance. Will communicated what is needed fast and while on his vacations. We would definitely use them again. Our insurance saga will go on with the reconstruction part, but we were so relieved to handle demo and drying with them. Knowledgeable, resourceful, CLEAN. Thank you all for helping us navigate through the difficult path of restoring of our most important asset, our home!
