We are very grateful for the exceptional service we received from Dave Schaeffer at Servpro. In June 2024, a fire at our neighbor's property caused significant damage to our home’s exterior and destroyed our shed. From the very beginning, Dave went above and beyond to help us navigate the recovery process. Dave came out to our property within a day of the incident, conducting a thorough inspection and documenting everything needed for the insurance claim. His attention to detail and professionalism were immediately apparent. Throughout the often long and challenging insurance process, Dave was an incredible advocate for us, ensuring we received the coverage we needed. Dave connected us with a highly skilled team of siding, window and electrical professionals and visited the site multiple times to ensure the work was done to the highest standards. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident as he kept in regular contact with us, checking in frequently to make sure we were informed and happy with the progress. Dave's professionalism, communication and trustworthiness made a difficult situation much more manageable.

Servpro was great at drying up our school after a sprinkler pipe burst and leaked down half of the school. They very quickly came and started working right away. Blake was easy to communicate with and his team Matt and Matthew and the whole crew were very helpful and communicative.

My husband and i ( the Salamas) just had serve pro over for the past week , and they did amazing. Matt was very very informative and very helpful and gave us such good info on what’s going on. Tyler was also great too and answered a lot of our questions !! The whole crew was more than helpful and did very good very clean work. We appreciate everything they had done for us.

One phone call early afternoon and a crew of 4 was on the problem within an hour. That was a Friday afternoon. They did the job, left fans and large dehumidifiers in place over the weekend, then removed them first thing Monday morning. Perfect, exactly was we wanted. Would highly recommend this crew.

From the start of the claim Blake sought to understand first to be sure we would be covered by issuance for the claim. As the project progressed, Matt did a great job explaining and getting approvals as the damage found increased. I was very happy with the work done.

Tyler and crew were great. They made an effort to demo as little as possible while dying out our water damage. Happy they were able to spare our wood paneling without any damage.
