When Water, Fire, and Storm Damage Happens in Freeland, We're Ready.
Whether you're looking for restoration, cleaning or construction services in Freeland, we're here to help 24/7.
In the quaint mountainous region of Northeastern Pennsylvania lies a small borough by the name of Freeland. Settled in the mid-1800s and originally named Freehold, Freeland was built out of the need for housing for prospective coal miners. Officially incorporated as a borough in the 1870s, Freeland continued to grow alongside the growth of the region's coal industry. Relics of Freeland's past still stand today for residents and tourists to visit. The Eckley Miners' Village, a remnant from the region's coal industry days, stands just outside the town to the Southeast, and nature parks are scattered around the county as well!
Due to various creeks, rivers, and lakes nearby, the humidity in Freeland averages approximately 80% year-round. High humidity brings about significant rainfall totals as well, leaving no area of Freeland free from the touch of potential water damage. Snowfall is an even more prevalent problem in the area, with consistently high totals leaving homes and their foundations buried in snow and ice for much of the winter! Water damage can strike from any of these variables and leave residents in need of professional water damage restoration.
While high humidities keep moisture in the air and help prevent plant life from drying out, fire is still an ever-present threat in any community. Many of the buildings in Freeland have been around for some time, which means that their construction leaves them more vulnerable to a potential fire. Aging wiring and dried-out lumber pose more risks in older properties than in newer ones. Big or small, fire spreads fast, and with aging houses and small gaps between properties, they can get out of hand quickly. Bringing in fire damage restoration technicians quickly after a fire has been dealt with aids in preventing further damage from occurring.
Our SERVPRO technicians are ready to mobilize 24/7, 365 days a year. No disaster is too large or small for our team to tackle, especially with the training they receive, the equipment they use, and the expertise they've developed!

Freeland customers are saying
Great family owned business! Highly recommend
Crew was very professional and courteous. Did a great job cleaning Justin explained each step they were doing and kept in contact with me thru out the duration What a great help he was to my family. Thank you so much
My recent experience with Justin at SERVPRO of Hanover Twp. was excellent. I called them late one afternoon and they were here for the estimate and the job the next morning. This was a very very stressful for me because it was a sewer backup in my basement. They advised me to call my insurance which I did not know I could. The insurance worked out good. Faith who works in the office was a great help to me. The workers who did the job were patient thorough with everything. I called them a couple times for advice and they were always willing to help. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone. Thank You
The whole team was fabulous I can’t say enough about them I don’t know everyone’s name in the process but I was very impressed with Scott and Justin who held my hand every step of the way and the team Alexis. Josiah the construction team And Faith and Olivia great team!!!!!! Thx. Barbara Beggs
The most wonderful restoration team in the area! Amazing staff from office to workers. They made an extremely stressful time in our lives positive, uplifting, and just provided genuine kindness.
During the extreme cold of February, we experienced a burst water pipe in our sun room. Our floor was flooded and some furniture was soaked. The ServPro people that did our Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation were so professional in their work and helpful in answering our questions. Thank you for making an unpleasant event more sunny - Katelyn, Eric, Joe, Justin, John, Alexis, Shaun and Faith! If we or any friends ever have a similar need, I will be happy to recommend ServPro of Hanover Twp. to help them.
I dealt with Faith over the phone to set up an appointment and collect information. Josiah came out to work with us. Both couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. They made a stressful situation a little easier. Thank you!
These guys are the best. We had a major leak under our kitchen floor when our air conditioning blocked and leaked. Servpro came quickly, did a great job and put up with my crazy questions. Especially thanks to Nelson, Alexus and Kaitlin who were so friendly and helpful in doing a great job and answering all my questions. Highly recommend.
Serv Pro did a great job of cleaning up after a major water incident. The crew arrived quickly and started water removal and clean up. They did what they could to preserve items and discard what was not salvageable.(with permission) Most importantly they did the job of making sure there was no moisture left behind. They were courteous and also very friendly. I would recommend their services.
