In the quaint mountainous region of Northeastern Pennsylvania lies a small borough by the name of Freeland. Settled in the mid-1800s and originally named Freehold, Freeland was built out of the need for housing for prospective coal miners. Officially incorporated as a borough in the 1870s, Freeland continued to grow alongside the growth of the region's coal industry. Relics of Freeland's past still stand today for residents and tourists to visit. The Eckley Miners' Village, a remnant from the region's coal industry days, stands just outside the town to the Southeast, and nature parks are scattered around the county as well!

Due to various creeks, rivers, and lakes nearby, the humidity in Freeland averages approximately 80% year-round. Amazing service! Showed up within an hour of reaching out to them after 600 PM. Brought in all the needed equipment to dry out the floors in our house after a major water leak. Stayed onto of it for 5 days until the subfloor was completely dry. A big concern was mold however they sprayed and sealed the wood to ensure that would not be a problem. Josiah and his team were nothing but curious and made us feel much better about our situation. Hats off to him and the ServPro team.
